5-Phase Monitoring Engine
Every site check runs through all five diagnostic phases sequentially:
- DNS Resolution — Verifies the domain resolves with timing in ms
- TCP Connection — Detects connection refused vs timeout failures
- SSL Handshake — Validates the certificate chain and extracts all cert metadata
- HTTP Request — Follows redirects (up to 10), captures status codes and redirect chains
- HTTP Fallback — Falls back to plain HTTP if HTTPS is unreachable (but not if explicitly down)
SSL Certificate Intelligence
Go beyond basic expiry tracking with a full certificate details dialog:
- Status badges — Valid, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Not HTTPS
- Full cert details — Expires On, Issued On, Issued By (CA), Issued To, and SAN entries
